Gaining weight is usually termed us easy cause we all think we should just eat junk food and then poof we are big no, thats not the case, yes it might work for you but keep it in mind that you are generating unhealthy fats which might lead to medical issues

Calorie surplus.

Eat excessive healthy calories to gain weight the right way.But be careful with the calorie foods you eat;  don't go for chocolates or biscuits to increase in quantity of the food you eat.We shall be listing some healthy foods to help you gain weight faster, later in the post.

Physical activity

It is very important to do the right kind of physical activity that will help you gain muscle mass which is important for gaining weight. Eating more than 3 meals

Besides the traditional breakfast,lunch and dinner, have at least some evening snacks.Try healthy supermarket snacks which will add to your excessive calory intake per day.

Check for any deficiencys

Make sure your body is absorbing what it actually needs.Alot of times,it does absorb the nutrients of what your eating,so it is important to cater for your body's deficiency and the food that is rich in what your body really needs.

Tip 5:

Stay away from junk and sugary foods

Whenever people are slightly underweight.They think they can afford to eat junk and sugary foods. Alot of time,it may bring along healthy related diseases (say diabetes and obesity)

*Whole grain bread

This bread contains complex carbohydrates,which can promote weight gain.Some also contain seeds,which provide added benefits.

Salmon is rich in healthy fats,making it a good choice for those looking to gain weight.

*Eggs

Eggs are a good source of protein, healthy fat,and other nutrients.Most nutrients are contained in the yolk.

*Pasta

Pasta can produce calorically dense carbohydrates.It is a rich path to healthy weight gain.

*Cheese

Cheese is a very good source of protein and is rich in healthy fats. Add it to meals if you need a calory and flavor food.

*Milk

  Lastly,drinking milk is a great way to add protein to your diet.It contains both casein and whey proteins.
