WEIGHT LOSS TIPS FOR BEGINNERS

Ready for weight loss? Well Fork Gram has some tips and diets to set you on the right path
Now if you have watched workout videos or shows you have probably heard of " workouts only take 20% , the rest is your feeding" now I agree with this cause last year I was also on this journey which am still on but the diet plays a big role if it's not fixed your results will be delayed 
So try your best to work with the diet which best suits you

Note that if you have health complications first consult the doctors for advice

We shall spark off with the diet plans

1. You can follow this diet plan every day of the week for 30 days 
Acompany this diet with workouts (we have recommended some workout places later in the post) above 3 days a week

2. Juicing one in a while
Now I for one , I have tried juicing before but it's very effective especially belly and back fat.
It's when you drink juice for the whole day without having anything else, now dont rush to do this cause it needs a lot of determination you can start with other plans as you get to it slowly
When we speak of juice , we mean healthy juices like, Carrot juice, mango juice
It needs to be done like once a week .

3. Having one meal a day
Now this is risky and according to the doctors a working out person has to eat 1500 calories daily if you can have this all in one meal you can try this out but dont do it regularly do it once a week or even once every two weeks

Simple diets for you to follow as a beginner

1. Egg diets
This consists of having boiled eggs, some fruit, non starchy vegetables, lean proteins and some fat for the whole day 

2. For breakfast
*Hot oatmeal - it takes long to digest so it will keep you full

*Pinacolada Juice
Pineapple juice mixed with some ginger - it's good for general weight loss

Tips.

Now when following this plans endeavor to 

1. Minimize sugars and hydrogenated fats ( red meat)
And try consuming foods like
•Legumes ( beans not canned fresh beans)
•Healthy fats
•Lean proteins
•Vegetables ( spinach)
•Fruits ( carrots , oranges)
•Whole grains ( rice, oats , barley)

Now you can make up your own diet from the foods you have seen above or from the types of foods you have seen but make sure it adds up to 1500 calories and if your such a foodie like me you can go upto 2000 maximum

Add workouts to your daily schedule , and you don't need to go to the gym you can start easy from YouTube like me e.g Chloe ting, pop sugar this channels will help you with home workouts for general body loss and specific body parts

Tips to help you follow your diet without giving up.
1. Take baby steps
Dont rush your body it's okay to loose pounds slowly by slowly
So if you miss your diet dont think it's the end of the world just wait for the next day

2. Set realistic goals
Now of you weigh 500 pounds dont set goal of weighing 300 pounds in a week you will damage your body
Set a goal like to lose 5 pounds and you will see change.
