Five foods to boost your immunity for corona virus

So, hi every one this is my fast post and if u have not yet subscribed please do so  to get updated on the most healthy foods and beverages for our different body types.

In our fast am giving you different fruits one should eat for a healthy body to be able to build a strong immune system against covid-19. To begin with ripe yellow bananas, citrus fruits the likes of oranges , limes, immune boosters such as bitrute and the likes it is healthy to eat each of the above on every meal of the day as it is proved that fruits provide us with vitamins but keep it in mind that they are needed in small amounts. Lastly stay indoors if not able purchase a face mask, sarniteizer where water and soap are not available .wash hands more regularly for more than 30seconds .Thanks
