1. PINEAPPLE JUICE
 This drink is basically made in pineappple and water tho you can add sugar if you want but since we are on diet we wont add sugar you can check out its recipe click here
Pineapple juice should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach to prevent cravings and to make the stomach full. This helps on belly fat!

2. LEMON AND GINGER DRINK!
This is the healthiest i must say drink i have taken yet just a mixture of lemom and ginger to warm water and take when warm. 
You will have to take this drink after your physicals or morning and evening it helps on general body weight loss
