So here we go, get a small saucepan /bowl mix 3 tablespoons with a cup of water, stir or boil to dissolve the sugar, allow it to cool down to room temperature then cover and refrigerate until it's chilled get lemons and squeeze juice out of them remove seeds from the juice but leave the pulp. Stir together the juice and syrup and add water if need be . So there goes our sweet lemonade healthy for any body type. If a one has ulcers they should also eliminate the pulp .This drink has 0fat 145calori
