TIPS TO HELP YOU MAINTAIN YOUR BODY GOALS DURING THE LOCKDOWN

Hey loves ...kelly is my name...how are you..I missed you so so much but here we are ..lets not forget to follow all the Sops to save lives. Well down here in uganda we are experiencing the second wave of the Virus covid 19 and we are in lockdown number 2.. now seeing from the results of lockdown number 1 people really ate unhealthly ...you know you just wake up in the morning and eat sleep eat instagram sleep and repeat...this is why i have come out to give you a few guidlines to follow in order to maintain you body during the lockdown to keep you healthy!!

TIP NO.1
Add alot of vegetables to your daily meals, according to research some vegetables are a good remedy for weight loss so if your having a very fatty meal it advisable you add some vegetables to it like greens
which include spinach, etc

TIP NO.2
Avoid eating past 6pm why?? Food eaten during the night will be digested as you sleep which will not give your body enough rest thats why sometimes you wake up in the morning and you feel tired... and inorder to loose some few pounds ones body must be having enough rest..if you are to eat past 6pm it should be light foods like a bowl of veggies ( yes like the ones the kardashians have ) 

TIP NO.3
Even when you feel you are okay with your body just workout why?? Truthfully we are going to start having 7 meals a day so just to burn a few calories workout it doesnt need to be HIT workouts but maybe skip a rop for 10 mins... according to research working out strengthens our bodies against covid 19

TIP NO.4 
Keep yourself entertained 60% of the times we eat in a day its because we are bored so keeping yourself busy will really help in one way or the other
