SIMPLE UGANDAN PANCAKE RECIPE.... step by step!

This are no way related to the British and American pancakes but they are very tasty as well...... Hey am Kelly and am back again with yet another homemade African recipe from Uganda
It's a street food that is so common on the Ugandan streets and its made from small bananas known as (ndizi in the local language) we usually have it with tea or as a snack but its a dessert! Let's hope into the recipe

Ingredients
Small ripe 🍌 ( if possible over ripe) if you can't get the short or small bananas use the big one when they are very ripe
Cassava Flour  (this will depend on the bananas so get as much as you can )
1 tablespoon of baking powder 

*Optional 
•1 teaspoon of honey and another or sugar
•I would also prefer some ginger

Directions
Smash your bananas in a bowl into a fine paste after add honey and sugar to it mix it properly and add the Flour gradually till when you get the perfect mix add a glass of milk and mix together to form a dough

It has to be so soft. Flatten this dough on a flat surface and cut out the pancakes in any shape you prefer after and then to heated oil in medium heat

Fry till golden Brown and your pancakes are ready as simple as that
