5 TIPS TO STAYING HEALTHY WHEN EATING OUT

Eating out can be a little tricky especially when your hungry, we tend to forget the diets we have been following and just eat everything that passes our eyes but here at Fork Gram we are here to help YOU stay healthy even when you don't have time to cook your own meals

Here are some steps to follow inorder to stay Healthy!

5. Order your meal before anyone else

Now this might seem funny but have you ever been at a restaurant and you have something else in your head to order but as soon as your neighbor's food arrives  you change your mind and order that exact meal.
Well if you order first and your meal arrives first there is no way that will happen. So it will help you keep healthy and on diet if you are on diet

4. Drink Water before and During your meal

I know I know your mom, or your kindergarten teacher might have told you to not take water as you eat but do you know why?
To prevent you from being full before finishing the food, and that's exactly what we want ( this works if your on diet) you will get full and take in less colories

3. Have a healthy snack Before the meal

Similar to no.4 this will make you full faster, and make sure your snack is low on calories but high in protein to help you stay on diet😜

Now this is an unexpected member of the team but.....

2. Ask for a filling meal

Never should you go to any eatery and have a salad that's not satisfying, it will result into having alot of snacks within the day, street food etc which may be a threat to your calorie count, have a filling healthy meal , now don't get me wrong salads are sometimes filling but if it's not your type of food have something filling

In conclusion make sure you get satisfied!

Last but not least

1. Read the menu before you go and make a reservation
Luckily enough due to covid19 most restaurants have online menus so you should check it and order when your at home or work

This will help you choose a healthy dish when your still at home so that you don't panick out of hunger and choose wrongly

The reservation will help you not to sit waiting at the eatery for too long this can result into eating anything you see due to boredom

If you usually eat out and you still want to be healthy this should work
