Keeping In mind that you are tired from the Christmas Season and all that cooking...

Today , Fork Gram is going to be sharing a very delicious but simple recipe CHICKEN BIRYANI

Chicken Biryani has its origin from Asia India, and it is made Using very simple ingredients..... Let's get into it......


INGREDIENTS
• 1kg Long grain Rice
• a cup of plain Yogurt
•  10 pieces of Chicken ( preferably drumsticks and wings)
• 2 large red onions
• 2 large tomatoes
• 1 bell pepper
• A teaspoon of salt
• A teaspoon of Biryani Spice which can be substituted with Pilau Spice if not available!
• cooking Oil
• Rosemary
• Ginger And Garlic

DIRECTIONS

•  Start by boiling the Rice in a different pan

• When it's ready, set aside

•. In a large Pan, add enough Oil and let it get ready 

• When it starts steaming, add Onions, stir and let it simmer, before they brown add The rosemary and Ginger and Garlic

• As the onions brown add The chicken and stir in intervals as you let it simmer for over 10 minutes

• Now add the Biryani Spice and stir then add the blended Tomatoes and Peppers, and stir 

• Add the salt and let this simmer, cover for 5 mins 

• Now add the Yorghurt and stir

• Add the Boiled Rice and Gently Mix

• And your Biryani iS Ready
