The recipe for the Thai coconut salad

Welcome back, everyone so this time we are seeing how to make a Thai coconut salad a healthy delicious meal stay tuned.

Ingredients
12 to 15shrimp (medium raw, shells but tails removed)
Fresh green salad
1/2 sliced cucumbers

Toppings
1 handful basis (coriander fresh)
1 chopped fresh red chilli (seeds removed)

For dressing
Coconut
Vinegar
Garlic cloves
Onions
Salt
Black pepper

For stir frying method
Heat a frying pan add oil and swirl around,  then add the garlic and onion.  Stir fry for 30 seconds then add shrimp .Stir fry until shrimp turn pick and plump. Remove from heat and sprinkle  with  fish sauce, stirring well.  Taste the shrimp, adding more fish sa

1 tablespoon fish sauce or more (taste) 


So here we go the procedure of everything a simple Thai coconut salad that is simple to make too.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a cup.  Taste for salt add salt until you get a nice tangy flavour.
Prepare the salad by combining all salad ingredient together in a bowl except for the toppings . plate up the salad dividing into 2 to 3 portions. Prepare the topping and get ready to go.
To prepare shrimp(stir frying method) heat a frying pan add  oil and swirl around, then add the garlic and onion. Stir fry for 30 seconds.,then add shrimp.  Stir fry until shrimp  turn pink and plump. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fish sauce,stirring well.  Taste the shrimp, adding more fish sauce until the desired flavour is reached. If you happen to over salt shrimp with too much fish sauce, sprinkle over some fresh lime or lemon juice. So we are Dan enjoy bon appetite .
