How to feed when working out.

So..  Hi guys how are you doing now is your day we'll let me hope you are keeping safe and fit.  Now since we got all this time in our hands most of us have started working out. But again most of us are not loosing weight why??  Well the answer to the question is you have poor feeding. Join me this evening and I show you the right way to feed during,  before and after workouts.  Thanks

The first thing that cuts across is that one should be hydrated throughout the workouts this means that one should talk a lot of fluids in preferably water.
Likewise eating healthy carbohydrates such as low fat yogurt, whole grain cereals is part of the workout.

Now let me take you through what you have to eat on every session of the workout.

1. Before the workout.
To begin with before exercising one should eat at least a piece of a fruit e.g oranges, apple and bananas.

The key is to consume easily digested carbohydrates, so you don't feel sluggish.

2. During the workout.
All you should do is consume a very light drink like water.

3. During a pit stop
As we all know we all have these stops when workingout , so during this time you should keep your body hydrated by drinking enough water. If your workout is an hour or less you don't need to eat but if it is for longer hours then you need to eat foods that contain50-100 calories such as low fat yogurt or bananas.

4. After workouts.
So this is the time you are sweating and breathing like a deer in a den 😂. I know most of us here we eat a lot but if you do so then your  workout was useless.  Here you have to:
Take a lot of fluids like juice e.g orange juice and water.
Eat enough carbohydrates (low_ fat)  for your body to produce energy.
Eat foods rich in proteins to help repair and grow your muscles 💪.

If you take all these instructions and continue doing workouts I swear you will have that body you have been dreaming of. For more information follow me on instagram as iam_kellym.
