FOODS YOU SHOULD ADD TO YOUR DIET FOR A HEALTHY SKIN

Today Fork Gram looks at your skincare since some of us are still in lockdown we have alot of time on us and we need to still look good 
We have brought you a list of foods that will help keep your skin smooth and nice

1.  Water
The person who invented the famous saying that water Is life was completely true
Drinking water regularly hydrates the skin which keeps it healthy and moisturised preventing dry and rough skin

2. Fresh fruit Juice
E.g pineapples, watermelons
Fresh juice contains alot of minerals and vitamins that help our different skin types to hydrate and glow e.g vitamin D and E

3. Fatty fish and salmonella
I think this might be one of the reasons The Chinese have the smoothest skins under the sun , cause they are good consumers of fish
This types of fish will help to clear your skin and smooth it naturally

4. Fresh fruits
Oranges
Watermelons
Lemons
Pineapple
Avocado
Mangoes
Besides making juice , you can also consume this fruits raw like a half an orange a day is the remedy I have been using and it's amazing

The above should be consumed in high quantities for a glowing skin

Foods you should avoid for a clearer skin

•White rice and noodles
•Sugary foods and beverages like candy
•Oily foods now this is a public secret everyone knows that oils bring pimples all over ones skin so eat them once in a while
•Anything made with white flour e.g bread
•Desserts
• Avoid salty foods especially in the evening

If your aiming at a healthy skin the above foods should be limited on your day to daymeals
