EASY BURGER RECIPE

Fork Gram will be sharing an easy beef Burger recipe so stick around

Burgers are usually considered unhealthy food which is true at some point and false at some point it all comes down to the times you have this dish in a day or a week, "once a week burger has never hurt anyone 😂"

That's why here at Fork Gram we are going to be sharing a recipe that ain't so unhealthy for your body

Nb: Include as many as possible vegetables in your burgers to surpass the calories and make it healthier

Recipe

Prep time : 5mins
Cook time : 10 mins
Total time : 15mins max

Servings : 4 people

Ingredients

•1/4 kg of minced beef

• Avocado / lettuce or both

• 4 buns

• 2 large tomatoes

• 1 Onion

• 2 garlic cloves ( optional)

• 4 tablespoon of Bread crumbs

• 1/2 teaspoon of salt

• mixed herb spices ( cloves, cumin etc)

• butter ( 1 teaspoon )

Directions

• We shall spark off by marinating the minced beef with all the above seasoning  (garlic, bread crumbs, salt, mixed herbs)

• After form the Pattie according to the size you want And Slice the buns in half

• Add the butter to a pan and fry the buns on the side after achieving that fry the patties ( we use butter for a better taste)

Assembling the burger

• If you have lettuce, place it on top of the lower bun , but you can substitute it for avocado

• After add on top of the vegetable the onions, and on top of the onions and the patty

• After add the tomatoes on top of the party ( this is where you add all the sauces you prefer) 

• Then put the other bun on top

• Enjoy

• Add some avocado on the other side of the bun
