HACKS TO HELP BETTER YOUR PIZZA MAKING SKILLS

Ever tried making pizza at Home? Did it come out right, well if no don't worry cause this post is going to fix that

Pizza originally came from Italy and it had very few Recipes and ingredients compared to now!

Due to its popularization to the outside world different recipes have been developed over the years and its getting a little confusing on how to come up with a simple pizza at Home due to the many Recipes.

Pizza has many recipes and methods that different cooks and people use to come up with this beautiful dish, and for the record food doesn't have one route to use, you can use as many routes as possible as long as the end product is Delicious and safe to eat duhh.

Today Fork Gram will be sharing a few of those hidden routes you can take when making your pizza that will ease and better your experience to Pizza Land😂

1. When to add olive oil to your pizza
Most of us often make mistakes when adding the olive oil to the pizza.

This applies mostly if your using a home oven which is not as hot as a pizza oven

Adding olive oil during the making of the pizza is  totally wrong!!

•It can make the pizza soggy
• also home ovens take a longer time to cook which makes the taste of the oil die which is not in pizza ovens.

So the right time to drizzle some olive oil is after cooking for maximum taste.

2.  Cook pizza slightly before adding sauce

In home ovens, pizzas take a much longer time to cook which makes the sauce dry and not so pleasing...

And on that note if your pizza Recipe is taking some good minutes its advisable you first cook the pizza dough itself for 2 mins Max then you add the sauce later...

This will help you prevent the sauce from drying or loosing flavour due to long cooking time in the oven

3. Don't use fresh Mozzarella cheese

Many of us like me have resorted to using homemade cheese for pizzas...

And take it from me that what has been making your pizza so soggy is the fresh mozzarella cheese

This cheese contains alot of water which it produces all over the pizza when in the oven, this usually happens to home ovens which take longer cooking time.

How to prevent it

After making your Mozzarella cheese from home

Get a kitchen roll and tear the cheese into pieces onto the kitchen roll , after sandwich the cheese and squeeze as much water from it as you can

Put it in the fridge if it's for later

Then when it's ready for use, use it at room temperature.
