Some may do away with breakfast ( the most important meal of the day) , some lunch , some dinner ... Someone may go through all this to reduce a few inches off the waist....🙄
This topic in particular is often discussed yet rarely understood.. the number of meals is not the gist of the matter....
THE POSITIVE RESPONSE..
The gist of the matter is the calories.. if the one meal of your day includes the right number of calories for your body to function which is (1200) for an average body then it's no matter having that one meal.....
THE TRUTH...
On the contrary.. if your meal has less than the required calories you might face a challenge in your digestive system, not only that your health will steadily start detouring in general it's the most risky move you can take...
Personally I tried this out way back in 2021 during the covid19 quarantine.. I wanted to loose weight and I started having lunch only ... Yes there was a dramatic decrease in my weight but I got health issues.. I started getting very dizzy more often... I was weak and alot more.... It wasn't a healthy move..
Here at Fork Gram we don't support this strategy for weight loss since it can result into worse medical conditions including death... We believe every body is beautiful and no one should feel not beautiful enough
HOW TO BETTER YOUR EATING HABITS
To better your eating habits you can incorporate this different foods in your diet
• A lot of water
• Fruits
• Organic Juice
• Warm water with lemon and Ginger
To sum this up having a meal a day can be dangerous to your body and it's nothing we would recommend.. but if its your only option due to unbearable reasons make it your goal to reach the needed calories a day for your body to operate in that given meal...
