*POTATO DUMPLINGS RECIPE*
We've all had a bowl of left over mashed potatoes in the fridge and not have a plan for it, well don't throw it away watch Fork Gram turn those surplus mashed potatoes into a full delicious snack just perfect for you and your family this holiday season

Servings: 3 servings 3 dumplings each
*INGREDIENTS*
• mashed potatoes 1/4 a large bowl
• cheese 3 tbsp
• sour cream 2 / 3 tbsp
• dumplings wrappers
• salt 2 tbsp or less
• onions 1 medium size finely chopped
• Garlic 2 pieces or 3 if you want a strong flavor
OPTIONAL
•White whine 3 drizzles
*DIRECTIONS*
For the feeling
• Make sure you have a bowl of mashed potatoes and since ours are left over the bowl is 1/4 full
• Add the cheese and sour cream to the bowl and mix together until fully Incorporated then set that aside.
• Grab a pot and to it add 4cups of water and 2/3 tbsp of salt and put this to a boil.
Making the dumplings
• As its boiling it's time to wrap the dumplings
• Grab a wrapper and place some filling in then spread the edges with some water then press the edges together , repeat this process until the filling is done
Cooking the dumplings
• Let the water on the stove bubble first and when that is completed toss in the dumplings for a boil
• That will take around 7 mins at most but boil them to get the dumpling edges firm
Frying the dumplings
• As that is going on saute the garlic and onions in a pan and before they Brown strain the water from the dumplings and toss them in the pan.
• Stir the dumplings around for over 3 mins
• This is where you add the white wine to enhance the flavor. Drizzle it in the pan of frying dumplings generously
• Your dumplings are now ready and Serve when warm
